WHAT’S PILATES? 

Pilates is an effective method of strength training that focuses on attaining core stability while providing a full-body workout. The Pilates Method comprises more than 500 exercises, performed as a mat-based workout or using special equipment (reformer, tower, barrel, chair, and cadillac). The central concept of Pilates training is strengthening the so-called “Powerhouse” (or core) of the body—the deep abdominal muscles, buttock muscles and the muscles around the spine. Emphasis is placed on breath, alignment, control and form. 

Private and small group classes are offered in Mat and Equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrel) based Pilates.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced level instruction

  • Athletic Conditioning classes to build strength and flexibility

  • Restorative classes to improve posture & balance

  • Individual modifications and equipment settings are provided

  • Maximum five participants per class. $35.00 per class

  • Private appointments $100

  • Prep Package $225 for first three private sessions

  • Please be advised our class packages, Privates and Duet sessions are valid for 90 days from purchase, then they expire!
