HOW DO I GET STARTED?
If you are new to Pilates create an account through MindBody Online and Book a Private Appointment or a class. Best way to get started is email blispilates@gmail.com or call 443-414-8769

HOW DO I RESERVE MY SPACE FOR CLASSES ONLINE?
When browsing the studio schedule, click the “Sign Up Now" button ("Book Class" on the app) for the class you would like to attend and it will be added to your cart. Click "Continue" and you will be prompted to sign in or create an account (MindBody Online - our online store and class scheduler) to complete pre-registration. If you are currently practicing or have previously taken a class with us, you do not need to create a new account. Simply, click "Forgot Password?" and submit the email address we have for you on file to receive instructions to set your password. If you have trouble logging in or finding your account, please contact the studio to confirm the email address we have for you on file.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT WITH MINDBODY ONLINE (MBO) TO PRE-REGISTER ONLINE?
Yes, you will need an MBO account. If you are a current member, class series holder or previously taken a class at BlisPilates, you already have an MBO account. Simply, click "Forgot Password?" and submit the email address we have for you on file to receive instructions to set your password. If you have trouble logging in or finding your account, please contact the studio to confirm the email address we have for you on file.

DO I NEED TO PRE-REGISTER ONLINE TO ATTEND CLASS?
Yes

IS THERE A WAIT LIST?
Yes, both online and at the studio, if the class is at full capacity. When space becomes available, you will receive an automatic, real-time email that you have been added to the class.  Please confirm you can still make that class, and  be sure your email notifications are turned on in your MindBody account.  

WHEN DOES ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR A CLASS END?
Online registration ends at class start times and/or if the class is at full capacity.

I DO NOT SEE A “SIGN UP NOW” OPTION FOR MY CLASS.
The class may have already begun, at capacity, or unavailable for online pre-registration. Classes that are not available for pre-registration are marked as “Wait-list Only" in the class title and class description. Please contact the studio to inquire about a specific class.

HOW DO I CANCEL A CLASS I RESERVED ONLINE?
You may cancel your reserved class by selecting “Your Schedule” in your account (Select "My Classes" on the BlisPilates app).

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO CANCEL?
You can cancel up to 15 hours prior to class start time.

WHAT ARE THE PENALTIES IF I FAIL TO CANCEL OR NOT SHOW UP FOR MY CLASS?
You will be charge full price unless its an emergency. Any questions please contact your instructor.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME AT BLISPILATES, HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?
If this is your first time at BLISPILATES you are required to take 1-3 Private sessions before taking a class. We encourage you to speak with Brenda Liscinsky so she can get you set up with a private session. At the end of your privates session your instructor will recommend a class that will best meet your fitness goals. 

WILL I BE ABLE TO SIGN UP FOR CLASSES IF I HAVE NOT TAKEN A PRIVTE SESSION?
No, Sorry we require 1-3 Private sessions before joining a class.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Please wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle.

DO SESSIONS EXPIRE?

Yes! Please be advised our class packages, Privates and Duet sessions are valid for 90 days from purchase, then they expire!
