Blis Pilates is owned and operated by Meredith Lull. Our location is within the Executive Plaza 3, located in Hunt Valley, MD. We offer private and small group training classes using the Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Chair, Mat, Barrels and small props. Classes are limited to a max of 6 participants.
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels.
